Jason was born and raised in Marion County, Florida. He attended Flagler College where received a B.A. degree in Psychology. Jason played baseball at Flagler and coached baseball at St. Augustine High School. Jason graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2005 and began his legal career as a State Prosecutor in Hernando County for the 5th Judicial Circuit.
As a former prosecutor, Jason has significant experience in criminal litigation, handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases. Jason has tried many cases before a jury including, driving under the influence; drug possession and sale; attempted second degree murder; felony animal cruelty; bank robbery; and second degree murder.
In addition to his private legal practice, Jason teaches paralegal and criminal justice courses for PHSC and Saint Leo University, including constitutional criminal procedure, criminal law, evidence and trial practice, and organized crime.
Jason serves as President of the Board of Directors at Jericho Road Ministries, Inc. He is a past member of the Kiwanis Club and the Citrus-Hernando Inns of Court and has served as Judge for the Hernando County Teen Court.
Jason resides in Hernando County with his wife and children.
Gary was born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. He attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. Gary attended law school at Stetson University where he was President of Stetson's Federal Bar Association Student Chapter. He interned with the United States Middle District and with the United States Attorney's Office, Civil Division. Gary was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999.
Gary has significant experience in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, probate and civil litigation. Gary is an avid cycler and enjoys the outdoors.
